Grief Counselling that meets you where you’re at

welcome

Grief is a universal part of the human experience, but so often misunderstood. Grief is not an emotion. Grief is not against you. Grief is a process that is here to help you get through the pain that accompanies loss.

Welcome. I am a relational therapist who works primarily with folks navigating trauma, life transitions, grief, and loss. I work with diverse clients, many of whom identify as neurodivergent, creative, queer, and as entrepreneurs, students, and professionals who are navigating the challenges life can bring. I have advanced training in Somatic Experiencing, a trauma therapy that equips us to work with the nervous system and the impacts of trauma. I am client-centred, walking alongside clients in ways that support ease, autonomy, connection, and healing.

Curious if my style is a fit? Book a free 20-minute consultation to explore.
